Is earning $3600 gross (include cpf) considered 'low' at age 32? Am in a IT role.

Are you happy in the job? If so then we can try not to use our age as a yardstick to compare our salary. There are many adults older than us that may be drawing a lower salary.

That said, fresh grads with a starting pay of 3.5k is not uncommon. This is a good question that can be helpful in your career planning. Good to considering looking around and go for interviews to sense the current market.

Depends on which role in IT but likely its below the median since there is very high demand in this sector.

But I would recommend going for regular interviews (once or twice a year) just to size up your market value and assess your ability compared to peers applying for the same role.
