Depends on which role in IT but likely its below the median since there is very high demand in this sector.
But I would recommend going for regular interviews (once or twice a year) just to size up your market value and assess your ability compared to peers applying for the same role.

That said, fresh grads with a starting pay of 3.5k is not uncommon. This is a good question that can be helpful in your career planning. Good to considering looking around and go for interviews to sense the current market.
