Current only have a dbs live fresh card that tie to the multiplier account. average spending montly on the card is about 800 to 900, which includes transport, insurance, bills, food and all shopping. So I'm always hitting the min spending + capped cash back of $20. If I have big shopping expenses, I will just Use my debit card instead As the cc credit limit is Low.
Im a cash back person so I'm wondering that once I hit the min spend amount on the dbs cc, should I use another cash back card instead? And if yes, is the citibank cash back+ worth it?

If you can spend another $600, use the UOB EVOL. Online - $250, Contactless $250, Others $100. you get $20 cashback for both online and contactless, $40 in total.
If no, use the UOB Absolute AMEX @ 1.7% with the Grabpay Card.
Currently trying out the HSBC Revolution card so can't recommend that yet but it gives 2.5% cashback or 4mpd in reward points.
