I requested for a refund for a facial package that was bought as I experienced an allergy reaction after the first session. I was only refunded 90% of the paid deposit, stating that 10% ($100) is deducted for admin fee. Staff also mentioned that they have a non-refundable policy and she already tried her best.
Is there such a practice in singapore? Isn't charging $100 too high for an admin fee?
