Is buying integrated shield plan with 200% loadings (due to diabetes) worth it? Or is Medishield sufficient?

Wondering if it make senses to get IP despite 200% loadings

55 years old
Pre-existing condition: diabetes
No other existing insurance except Medishield, Careshield
Offered Raffles Shield Plan A + RH option
200% loadings
No exclusions
Premiums: ~$3k per annum this year (but escalates with age)

First time I hear integrated shield plan with loading, so interesting. what i know is either application rejected or exclusions.
