Is a a credit inquiry if you apply for another card under the same bank

Yes, based on my credit report, I can see that the same bank will inquiry again 2 months later if I apply another credit card. If you apply 2 cards within one month, the bank probably will reuse the credit report within the same month. I did not test to apply another card within same month, but the bank do have the choice to inquiry again.
