IP Claims For Cataract Surgery For Toric Lens

Hi all,

Have you had recent experience with Private Shield Claims for Cataract Surgery using Toric Lens?

Singlife is not allowing claims for Toric lens except for normal lens. This seems to be a change in their policy terms and conditions. It used to allow similar claims in the past.

Anyone have recent claims with Singlife or any other insurers?

Last I remembered NTUC insurance ones also did not allow claim for toric lens. Not sure if it's possible for you to check on partial/full claims? They may still allow some claims on some of the items on the medical bill.
