Against the Gods: The Remarkable Story of Risk

Business Adventures: Twelve Classic Tales from the World of Wall Street

Pretty interesting stories that can tell a lot about human behaviour, economics, stock markets and history.

You can check out Beating the Street by Peter Lynch! It's an extension of One Up on Wall Street and delves into the philosophy of his investment analysis + stock picking strategies + some case studies to learn from :)
