Investing usually requires a minimum capital so as to ensure brokerage and other fees will not eat up potential profits. How can students like me start investing without much capital?

Is it therefore impossible for us to get started in this journey until we have entered the workforce and is more financially stable?

You can always work part time, contract, etc to get additional income.
