There actually are bank charges in the case of UOB and POSB/DBS, except that they have been waived 'till further notice'. OCBC doesn't explicitly state any charges, at least none that I could find.

Your dividends are paid directly to the SRS account.

1. No agent bank charges for SRS account.
2. Dividends payout to SRS account.
