Risk: inadequate returns- price go nowhere after years, with high expense ratio + dinosaur companies.

Better choose a fund that pay dividend, if buying unit trust. When price stay flat, but dpu remain or increase is good for dividend investing.

If the price dont appreciate, at least you have the cashflow.

If you looking for capital appreciation, best to buy a global ETF instead of unit trust.

If you want exposure to "singapore" companies listed in US (SEA and Grab), or if you want similar to STI but is an accumulation class fund.
