Invest Endowus using CPFIS-OA or SRS?

Hi, I am looking to invest in Endowus but I cannot decide if I should use CPFIS or SRS. If CPFIS, I can invest more, but I am concern whether it can beat 2.5% return. I currently have SRS investment in Moneyowl and Stashaway. Moneyowl return has been steady but Stashaway still in negative after nearly a year.
