Invalid Shopee Voucher?

So I redeemed the shopee voucher reward from Seedly last month and wanted to use it today but when I try to use, it states it was fully redeem?

Why is it fully redeem? Shouldnt the voucher code be exclusive?

So I wasted my points on an invalid voucher plus my previous month expired credits where Seedly has not even got back to me on?
