Interested in overseas property investing. Have been looking at Australia for the longest time. Which countries are good to do property investing overseas and why? Is China too risky?

I have no idea I'm afraid, my experience is only with local markets!

Do be cautious with oversease property investments. My main worry is that if anything goes wrong, it's often expensive and difficult to pursue legal action in another country.

Also, I don't know if the sales agents sent to Singapore by foreign developers are as well regulated...
