In a new job and having impostor syndrome, feeling like I am under qualified. Anyone has had similar experiences and any advice?

For context, my colleagues are all relatively high up in terms of positions and years of experience. Meanwhile, my years of experience is much less than theirs.

It is common that there are people who are more experienced than you. Just do your best.

As long as you can perform in your role, that's all it matters. If you are new and may not know the work well, give yourself a period of time to learn. Everyone starts as a newbie. We all understand. Find people who are more patient and get them to show you the ropes.

Keep networking and doing your best in all the tasks given

Don't worry and stop overthinking! Do your best and learn as much as you can!

This is more common than you think. I feel inadequate at times too. Just have to persevere and improve ...
