If your HDB unit is facing near the expressway, how would you: 1. Ensure that its valuation goes up. 2. Reduce dust and noise from vehicles along the expressway

Units facing expressway seemed to have downsides in terms of valuation and health risk(s). Other than installing sound proof windows, what else would you do to manage the downsides?
