If you want to Invest US and ex-US ETF, which combination you will go for?

Hi, I would like to invest US and ex-US etf such as vti + vxus. However, in order to reduce 30% withholding tax . I plan to choose Irish-domiciled etf.
I am very interested in replicating the VTI, VXUS portfolio. Can I pretty much replicate this portfolio with the following:
Option 1: CSPX + VXUS ( since there's no VXUS equivalent in irish domiciled ETFs)
Option 2: CSPX + IWDA + EIMI

Which combination better?or any other suggestion? I would welcome your feedback/opinion. Thank you in advanced.

Many different options

maybe the only single equity one needs in life could be SP500 ETF like tickers VUSA or VOO.

Or VT.
