If you’re upgrading from a HDB flat, would you get a condo or a cluster house for better quality of life?

Cluster house seems to offer a bigger living space (with some land for gardening / pets) and convenience of a condo (maintenance of common facilities and house exterior).

I still prefer Condo for living.

Cluster house= bigger living place means more place to clean. U also must have time to maintain your garden. I lazy....

For invest i will go for condo or terrace house

Would it be better to get housing loans from HDB or the banks?

Currently I'm paying for my flat with a HDB loan and if I have spare cash, would it be better to reduce the loan amount/duration or pay back my CPF used for the flat?

Is housing (HDB flat) an appreciative asset? Why would i want to sell my flat assuming peaceful living condition in the long term?
