If you have enough money to buy only one thing, what you would like to buy?

Cannot be for investment (e.g. if you want to buy a house, it has to be for you to live in and enjoy, not to resell or charge for rent)

More dividend shares - can sponsor my holidays or at least reduce my expenses so that I have more money to deal with other stuff

A bigger(preferably 120sqm) and newer(less than 10 year old) house now!

regreted getting my 4 room resale after the arrival of my daughter. 😅
