If you have $10,000 extra fund, what would you invest to growth this $10k and get the fund back in 10 years time? Especially those that will grow in value over time after post covid times?

How do you know/estimate the dividends of STI? If I have $10,000, invested, how much divided would I get?

Does combined balances mean my total CPF from 3x accounts? If OA has 10,000, medisave 40,000 and special account 40,000, as my total is 90,000, will OA be able to get the add 1% which will total 3.5%?
