This will depend on your approach. Trading vs investing.
I do both.
For my investing portfolio it's buy and hold unless it meet's a criteria for selling
I lost confidence in the business (fundamentals no longer strong)
Change in direction of business (moving away from expertise/moat)
Extreme short-term overbought (optional)
For Trading portfolio
Enter and exit based on stratergies (trend is your friend until the end)
hit profit target, close
hit stop loss, close
No one can time/predict the market, always remain humble and reassess to let the market tell you where it's going instead of telling it where to go.

Agree with YJ, buy more. When you look back in 5 years time, all these are just small dips
