Just a hypothetical question, wondering what the community would do?

Agree with YJ, buy more. When you look back in 5 years time, all these are just small dips

This will depend on your approach. Trading vs investing.

I do both.

For my investing portfolio it's buy and hold unless it meet's a criteria for selling

  1. I lost confidence in the business (fundamentals no longer strong)

  2. Change in direction of business (moving away from expertise/moat)

  3. Extreme short-term overbought (optional)

For Trading portfolio

Enter and exit based on stratergies (trend is your friend until the end)

  • hit profit target, close

  • hit stop loss, close

No one can time/predict the market, always remain humble and reassess to let the market tell you where it's going instead of telling it where to go.
