Hey anon, yes, you will still be able to buy a BTO if you have an inherited HDB. BUT you will have to sell the inherited HDB flat within 6 months. Also, like what Just_Saying said, you will be eligible as a first-timer because technically, you didn't get any subsidies when you got your inherited HDB. Once you buy a BTO, you will automatically be getting subsidies. Hope this helps!

You need to dispose of your inherited HDB before you can own another BTO flat. You will still be considered as first timer if you did not enjoy the HDB subsidies on your inherited flat.
