Spending pattern every month that makes up the $500:
1) online at Shopee, online retailers and physical shopping stores
2) eating out at restaurants & foodcourt & bubbletea
3) groceries shopping at ntuc, shengshiong, giant and neighbourhood minimarts
4) MRT and bus rides
5) Grab / Comfort taxi transactions, Grabfood
Listing out the transactions as itβs confusing every card has their own validity of transactions. Thanks!

Personally, I'm not a fan UOB One's quarterly rebate system. It makes an arguably simple process of earning cashback more complicated than it needs to be.
For $500 monthly spending, you can consider Citi SMRT. It earns 5% cashback on mrt/bus/cab, offline grocery, and online expenses excluding travel.
It doesn't include dining and retail shopping which isn't ideal for your case, but other high cashback cards have higher spending requirements.
Alternatively, you can use UOB Absolute + GrabPay. It earns 1.7% + up to 1.2% (grab points) for a total of up to 2.9% cashback. This method covers all your above categories with no minimum spending requirement.
