  • Your cpf enough to pay the instalment? If no, then dont. If yes, how long can it last? If less than 5 years, then dont.

  • You ok to rent out condo live with parent/in-law, to offset the instalment? If no, then dont.

  • If u are not management level in a company, most likely your salary not substainable for a condo. Unless you willing to make some sacrifice like the mention above.
