If global travel resumes, how can I move and work in Europe or Canada?

Really want to work and live in Europe, best if it’s Canada or Switzerland.

As a typical Singaporean who’s bilingual, had a general business degree and transferrable skills from my jobs in sales, events and HR, what can I do (as in a job) in the countries I mentioned?

How can I start to pave the way?
What would be the decent wage I should be looking at?
