For investment, would you recommend a large OCR unit (>3BR) to ride on the psf increase? i.e. in areas with numerous HDB BTO sellers such as Sengkang, Punggol, Tampines etc, My partner and I (28yo) purchased 2 private new launch units in RCR in 2018 and 2019 (1BR & 2BR) - about to TOP early 2022. Would you recommend that we gear out and purchase a 2nd one after selling the 1BR, or sell both to move up to larger private units? Nowadays it seems that only new launch units are easier to sell than the resale units that are 5 years old or more...
Also do you think that resale units are more attractive to buy nowadays, given that new launch price gap is getting wider? However resale unit owners have holding power and they are not willing to lower their prices.
