If the stocks are in your CDP account, you should have received statements from CDP, that will document the dividend payments.

If not, you have to calculate manually based on the number of shares that you have held over the years.

If you had the same number of shares from the beginning, then you could go to the investor relations websites of the companies to get the dividend history and multiply.
