I've completed 2 rounds of interview with a co and the hiring manager said he would get back within 1 week. It is slightly more than a week & the agent said there is no reply yet. What should I do?

No harm in checking in with the agent, and if there's still no news you should get the agent to help chase for a follow up but also brace yourself and continue your job search :)

If you're still keen on it, maybe follow up with both the agent and the hiring manager (if you have his contact) and ask again. If no response, look for other jobs I guess.
