I've heard so many saying now is the perfect time to invest because of the idea of 'buy low, sell high'. I've never invested before but now seems like the perfect time. Any advice?

Interested in buying REITs but don't know when is a good time to do so. Unlike for stocks when markets crash, you know it's a good time to buy. But under what conditions would it be good to buy REITs?

Considering how there is a lower footfall in malls due to COVID-19, is now a bad time to buy REITs? When would be a good time to buy REITs in this gloomy economic outlook?
