I posted a post about Poly Network being hack as an anon user but it was deleted. I don't get why? Trying to raise awareness on potential crypto wallet pitfall.

Anyway, I am sharing this news about Poly Network being hacked and $600 million in crypto was lost. Do be cautious of your own crypto and maybe use a physical wallet instead.

For those interested on the technical side of the hack:

(I hope this guy is accurate haha my code reading skill is novice at best hahaha)

And also other developments where it seems the hacker didn't exactly plan his escape LOL:

And finally (positive) developments on the hacker returning the funds after having his USDT locked up and his address blacklisted LOL:

Truly one for the history books of DeFi and one of the largest exploits ever (despite being a platform that I didn't hear of until this morning hahah). What a time to be alive. Hope no one here was affected and invest safe yall!
