I notice every year I request annual fee waiver for POSB Everyday card, the approval was almost immediate!

Why don't POSB waived automatically? Why do we still have to go through the hassle to request for it?

My wife is one who will forget to ask for waiver - so, i guess this is a huge revenue potential for them!

It let's you feel like you saved money, and end up spending it through them. Similar to permanent discount on items.
