I'm so appreciative of this WFH arrangement but my manager is still so against it. I think my mental health is better as it allows me some space and time away from my colleagues. Do you agree?

I absolutely understand your point of view. WFH arrangements can help you manage your professional and personal lives while also enhancing your mental health. Personally, I've discovered that having more control over my work environment, the ability to take breaks when needed, and a more flexible schedule has been really good to my well-being.

Other advantages of WFH arrangements that I value include the ability to save time and money on commuting and the ability to work from any location with an internet connection. This has allowed me to work from numerous locations and even nations, broadening my viewpoint and assisting me in both personal and professional growth.

Unless you are the boss of the company, WFH is not an entitlement. Whether in physical office or WFH, one must learn to be mentally sound or productive.

I wish WFH is more prevalent. However, WFO has some perks, especially if your team is great. Lunching together was something I missed during WFH

Agree, not only colleagues, including superior also....
