I'm planning to sell Telsa put option at $440 with option level 1 for the duration of 334 days?

Questions
1. Will the premium be cash into my account immediately and am I allow to use it?
2. Upon the option expire with the stock below $440 but my account shortfall of 44k, what will happen?

yes 2. need to pay up and charged with fees if late.
