I’m new to using SCB trading platform, after my orders are fulfilled there is a LTV% column and LTV value column. What do they mean and stand for?

LTV means loan to value.
You can take a loan with your equities as collateral.
LTV% means maximum percentage of the stock value that you can borrow from. LTV is the amount that you can get from the loan which is based off the LTV%.
