I'm looking at either HKEX:2801 or HKEX:3169, but not sure to go with which because one has higher ER but bigger liquidity/AUM and dividends, while the other has lesser ER but lesser liquidity. Any advice?

Depends on your budget?

One has lot size of 200 and the other has lot size of 100.
One is ~3x the price of the other.

The usual guidelines on costs apply as well.
