I'm only 20 & I do have a long runway to go so I don't mind taking a little more risk. However, I'm not comfortable with stock picking just yet so I thought ETFs would be a good way to go while I build up my knowledge. Would also appreciate suggestions on what other assets to invest in!
A good starting point is FSM ETF Focus List:
If you prefer Ireland-domiciled ETFs listed on LSE, here are a few candidates:
IWDA tracking MSCI World Index
VWRA tracking FTSE All World Index
CSPX tracking S&P 500

I think Tan has given quite an awesome link by FSMone. I am invested in VT & VOO via DIY. Invested in VTI, VGK, VWO via my robo, Autowealth. So I think the link is quite solid, do check it out!
However, I'd suggest you check how much capital you have. As a 20yo, I don't think your capital is high. Having said that, if you're unable to sustain a monthly DCA with your 2 robos, I don't think you'll need to consider buying into ETFs via DIY. The main thing about index investing is that your constantly DCA-ing monthly. No point buying into newer ETFs if you cannot afford to fund your robos monthly. Or you can choose to liquidate your robos and focus on your ETFs via DIY.
Do make sure you have at least 3-6months of allowance or salary if you're working, as your emergency funds!
Just my 2cents worth. You do you.
