I'm a mid career non-tech PMET & considering a switch to Fintech. I am keen on technical roles but unsure if I am suitable and if the courses are sufficient enough to get me workplace ready.

Any advice for technical roles?

Defintely it is possible to learn and be in technical roles specially if you are not getting into Coding space, There is a lot of opportunity within ICT for Tech roles specaily in infrastructure space .
There are programmes by technology providers to train in ICT to join in the Cloud & ICT area.
