I'm a foreigner in mid 30s working in Singapore, looking for investment with a time horizon of 2-3 years.
What will be your advice on how I should diversify my portfolio to have best gains? Target 5-10% gain/year (I'm a low risk taker).
Salary (main source of income): 20K before tax
I'm a low-to-medium risk taker so my current invetsment portfolio:
1/ Insurance Saving Plan: 1K/month
2/ Investment-Linked Plan: 700$/month
3/ DBS RSP: 300$/month
4/ Sometimes buy SG stocks (mainly bluechip stocks) and US stocks: both are not on regular basis
The balance (after expenses of ~5K/month) I put in T-Bills 6 months and some fixed deposit savings.

If you have a low risk appetite, I think best is to go for high savings account or fixed deposit kind of investment like Syfe Guarantee Cash+. That would give you around 3 to 4%
