I'm 3 months into this new job and I'm a fresh grad, is it too early to ask for a pay raise?

When should I ask for a pay rise? What are some factors that I should be considering before asking for a pay rise?

To ask for pay raise, you will need to do the following.

Check what is the benchmark for your pay based on your skills and experience.

Next list down the things that you have done for the company beyond your normal job scope that benefits the company.

With the information it will make it easier for you to justify your pay raise.
Hope the above helps

It depends. If you feel that your work and performance is justifiable for a matching pay, then speak with your co-workers for their opinion. If it makes sense, then speak with your manager and let him or her understand your concern.

A happy work environment is only possible if all parties are open and share the same goals.
