I live in the North-East (Punggol/Sengkang), and the plane noises make it very hard to run virtual meetings. Would you have recommendations for a cheap coworking space?

I have a budget of maybe $300-$400 a month. I'd like a place where I can do my work in peace. Thanks for any suggestions.

Would you recommend that a new investor go into the market now? I've heard rumblings of an "overdue" recession since we've had a long bull run. And if yes, what sort of portfolio would you recommend, assuming a recession might hit us soonish?
