I just heard that my Life Policy has an encashment section. I was told that I can withdraw part of the amount. Can anyone enlighten me on how does this work or how will it affect my Life Policy.

Yes, you can cash from a life insurance policy. Withdraw a portion of accumulated cash from your policy.

Think of it like taking some money out of the savings portion of your life policy, you get cash now, but it could lower what you’ll receive later.
