I would say it take practice.

  1. Ask for a favour from your colleagues, do a recording of you presenting to them. Review the video and see what went wrong with it. It's essential to improve on your body language, speaking techniques, and the way your tone of voice is.

  2. Watch tone of speakers presentation. Note down their style of presenting. Some of them uses mild humor, some uses illustration, some build up their pitch like a movie storyline. Which of this kind is suitable for you and for your company?

  3. Review your slides. If your slides are too wordy or cramp, how do you even start to let people focus on your presentation? Will they be reading the sldies or watching you?

  4. Always believe in yourself. Even when you're nervous, 90% of the time people won't know you're. Speak confidently and most importantly, know what you're saying.

Hey there!

Sometimes, the best way to learn is to copy. You copy and gradually make it your style. The copying is possible when you expose yourself to a variety of speakers. And practice, practice, practice.
