I doubt I am able to speak to my manager/HR on this. I'm also not sure if I received this amount due to my relatively younger age of 3-5 years younger than my peers. I appreciate any advice. Thank you

I would say to not just look at salary alone, but also the progression track of your job. Focus on what you can learn from this job and the amount of learning opportunities that the job provides you. Leverage on these experiences along the way and rise up in promotions through hard work and having good work ethics and maintaining good relations with your colleagues.
I believe this will help you to work better and strive higher. With hard work, you will definitely be rewarded along the way with better remuneration. Perhaps after 2-3 years, you can speak to your manager on ask for a pay raise and he may give it based on your good performance thus far.
