I invested into SqSave Balanced Portfolio and it has given me around 4% returns. They say it is higher than other competitors. How do I know that is real?

Balanced portfolio means 50 bond/50 equity? 🤔
One of a better balanced unit trust i know about 4%+

If you DIY about 5%+
Probably loss some returns due to fees.
