I have sold my DPMS Capital Growth IGP (SGD) and STATE STREET Technology ETF (USD) with 2 different investment companies. Is it normal to face delay for the transaction of payment into my fund's account?

I'm facing some delay for the transaction of payment into my fund's account. It takes almost 7-10 days for clearing the transaction, and would like to find out is this normal? Please advice, thanks.
