Envy tht u r rich!
was surprised why Only 1-2 mentioned Reits??? but if u could afford the time , pick the Reits u prefer on your own rather than rely on ETFs (that tracks iEdge S-REIT Leaders Index)/ indices or robos like SyFE Reit instead
but if u dont have much knowledge or time, then opt for the latter option instead
dont believe in hearsay not all China-related Reit like CapitaR China Trust, it is "extremely weak" even up til now that economy has started to open up after covid meltdown

I realise that in investing, extremely important to have a strong community (paid, not free) where you can ask, learn and get help, esp. if one plans to pick companies individually and buy their stocks...this is even true for dividend investing.
If you don't have that support and don't do sufficient research into the companies, in times of crisis, you will start to doubt your holdings because of the lack of conviction.
It will be better to just buy the index or just invest via robo-advisors, than in companies or REITs that give out dividends.
