I understand that if I change insurance agent under GE, the new agent doesn't get any commission?
Does terminating my GE hospitalisation insurance and getting a new one with Preudential (my whole life insurance provider) make sense?
Are there any other options? Very frustrated with the current insurance agent who didn't follow up with us on one of our claims and now that the bill is here 9 months later, he says cannot claim.

Hi,
1) Yes the new agent doesn't get any commission, he/she will be servicing for you.
2) Why would you want to terminate GE hospital plan and change to Prudential? I would say have to depend on your needs, are you unhappy with your agent or the coverage for GE hospital plan?
I am under GE and if you don't mind, I would love to help you out with your claims and be your servicing agent.
