I have FSM trading account and I have just found out for the cash dividends of the purchased stocks. I have to do it manually on an excel sheets, they will send you an email to notify you.?

I need some advise what's the best way to record the payout dividends instead of doing it manually into an excel sheet. Currently I have more than 20 stocks, US and SG. Imagine if I have more than 50 stocks in a various currency, it will be a nightmare to me. Kindly advise.

There are 2 ways as far as I'm aware:

  1. Monthly Statements will reflect the dividends paid out to you (together with buy/sells and deposit/withdrawals). You can save these documents to keep track of the dividends paid out

  2. Alternatively, the Cash Account tab under Historical Transactions will show all cash inflows and outflows in your account. This can be exported as an Excel Sheet. It will also reflect all buy/sells and deposit/withdrawals but you can remove that to just track the dividends.
