Honestly, the least stressful investment you can make to sleep well will be fixed deposit in banks lol.
Otherwise, SG dividend stocks are probably safer form of stocks.

Hi anon, honestly, if your investments are affecting your sleep, that’s already a sign the current approach may not be aligned with your risk comfort.
it’s less about finding “safe stocks”, because even large, well-known companies can still fluctuate quite a bit.
what usually helps more is building a structure where you don’t feel the need to constantly monitor prices — things like diversification, having some income-generating components, and a clear allocation strategy.
in fact, a simple way to think about it is: if you feel the need to check your portfolio every day, it’s probably taking on more risk than you’re comfortable with. it might be worth reviewing what you already hold first, and how well it fits into an overall structure, before adding anything new.
In the long run, the goal isn’t just returns, but having a structure that lets your portfolio do its job quietly in the background — without you having to think about it every day.

If one loses sleep over investments, maybe you are putting too much into it. Consider trimming it and divest into safer alternatives. Long term sleep and health is more impt. You need your good health to spend the money you make:)
