I have a job offer in DeFi as a designer in a startup. I have no experience in this field and realised there is a lot to learn. Should I take on the role or turn it down. (Don’t consider the pay)

It's amazing the defi startup is willing to employ u to do a job with no prior experience.. I'll take the chance to learn tho, cos I believe u have the interest since u applied for

Definitely go for it! I also join Seedly as a Product Designer with no experience in the financial space and I learn a lot on the job itself.

I think what's interesting as a designer is that our skills allow us to work in various industries. It will grant us the opportunity to learn new things while working on the job too. DeFi is certainly here to stay for a long time so go for it!
